14:55 hrs Arrival of Munich flight.
Transfer to the assigned hotel and Check in. Show rounds of the other hotels taking part in the workshop. Welcome dinner in a popular restaurant in the lively area of St. Julians. Overnight in the assigned hotel.
20:00 hrs / 20:15 hrs Arrival of the flights from Zurich and Vienna.
Transfer to the assigned hotel and Check in. Welcome cocktail in the lobby. Overnight at the assigned hotel.

in the afternoon - focus on MICE business
Pre-assigned meetings for all participants. Guests joining the workshop in the morning, will be visiting Malta's capital Valletta in the afternoon (and vice versa).
Stand-up lunch for the whole group at The Westin Dragonara Resort - an ideal opportunity for further networking...
In the evening gala dinner in the historical MCC (Mediterranean Conference Centre). The former hospital of the Knights of the Order of St. John is not only an ideal place for big, international conferences, but also an excellent venue for special events, such as gala dinners or Maltese weddings. Be prepared for a memorable evening.
Transfer back to the hotel and overnight.

Breakfast in the hotel.
By gullet we will be visiting Malta's sister island Gozo. Whereas life in Malta is vivid and trendy, life in Gozo is rural and 'slowly'. Today the participants will get to know the island with lots of humor and fun! For lunch we will meet at Ta´Frenc Restaurant, a typical Gozitan farmhouse dating from the 14th century.
Transfer to the assigned Hotel and Check in. A cold platter will be served in the room. Overnight at the assigned hotel.

In the evening it is time for a glass of good vine! Since Montekristo Wine Vaults can accommodate up to 2500 people in a welcoming and sophisticated environment, why shouldn't we have a look at this amazing location which is said to be ideal for dinners as well as for after dinner parties?

A look at the flight options
Air Malta is offering flights from Germany (FRA, MUC, DUS), Switzerland (ZRH) and Austria (VIE). Since there is no flight back to Vienna on the 15th of November, people leaving from Vienna will have to take the flight to Munich on their way back home. Kindly note that each workshop participant will have to contribute to the cost of the flights, which amounts to € 70,00 plus airport taxes.

In November the temperatures are between 12° and 18°C – please keep in mind that during the day it might be hot (sunscreen), but at night it´s getting chilly. In Malta you need an adapter which is available at the hotels' reception.
